The service

Memorelic is a personal art-journal service that helps you record artworks, preserve museum notes, and explore AI-assisted, source-aware stories about the works you encounter.

Stories and other generated content

Memorelic’s generated stories, identifications, translations, and interpretations are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional authentication, appraisal, conservation, legal, or financial advice.

While Memorelic aims to use reliable museum, collection, and scholarly sources and to communicate uncertainty clearly, generated stories and interpretations may contain errors.

Please use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before relying on any content for collecting, conservation, valuation, legal, or financial decisions.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload photographs, labels, notes, and other content to Memorelic. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights, violates the law, or contains sensitive information you do not wish to share with us.

Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription settings are governed by Apple and the App Store terms that apply to your purchase. Deleting your Memorelic account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Memorelic, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate law or third-party rights, upload harmful content, or use automated means to extract service content without permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others; to address suspected misuse; or where required by law. You may stop using Memorelic at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as Memorelic changes or as required by law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
