Account and data requests
To request deletion, correction, or a copy of your account data, email the same address from your registered account. We may ask for verification before completing the request.
Subscription support
Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your App Store subscription settings.
Deleting a Memorelic account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Please cancel any active subscription through your App Store account settings.
