Memorelic is a private art-journal service. This policy explains what information the app handles and how you can contact us about it.
Information we handle
We process information you choose to provide in the app, including:
- account details, such as your email address or mobile number;
- artwork and label photographs you upload;
- private journal entries, saved artwork records, and settings; and
- limited technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
We use this information to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve Memorelic; process artwork recognition and story generation; manage accounts and subscriptions; diagnose technical issues; and respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private journal content for third-party advertising.
Storage and service providers
We may use third-party services for cloud hosting, authentication, artwork recognition, AI-assisted story generation, analytics or crash reporting, and subscription infrastructure. These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to Memorelic and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We do not permit them to use your private journal content for their own advertising purposes.
Access to private records is limited to what is needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, or comply with applicable law.
Data retention
We retain account information, journal records, and uploaded content for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide Memorelic, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and keep backups secure. Retention periods may differ by data type and operational need.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and private journal data by contacting us at peterodavidenhohenfelden@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify associated personal information and private journal records, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or backup purposes. Backups are removed or overwritten on their normal retention cycle.
Children
Memorelic is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. Please do not create an account or submit personal information on behalf of a child without appropriate consent.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page.
