Memorelic is a private art-journal service. This policy explains what information the app handles and how you can contact us about it.

• artwork and label photographs you upload;
• private journal entries, saved artwork records, and settings; and
• limited technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and improve Memorelic’s private journal, account, artwork-recognition, and story features; to keep the service secure; and to respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use your private journal as advertising inventory.

Storage and service providers

We use hosted infrastructure providers to operate the service and store data securely. Access to private records is limited to what is needed to provide the service, maintain it, or comply with applicable law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and private journal data by contacting us at support@memorelic.art. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.

Children

Memorelic is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. Please do not create an account or submit personal information on behalf of a child without appropriate consent.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page.
